Labor Day is one week from today. Think about that for a second. Summer’s unofficial end is officially just seven days away. What happened here? Where did those three months go? Does anybody know?
Anyway, if you are a healthy person, then you probably took advantage of the warm weather to run outside and get in shape. That’s what people are supposed to do, I’ve been told. Unfortunately, with the end of summer comes the eventual dawn of cold weather. In other words, very soon you won’t be able to get that morning run in anymore.
