San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s birth mother had some harsh words for her son on Twitter.
“There’s ways to make change w/o disrespecting & bringing shame to the very country & family who afforded you so many blessings,” Heidi Russo tweeted at Kaepernick after he decided to sit out the national anthem this past weekend.
