Fox Sports pundit Shannon Sharpe believes that fixing the black community must start in the black community.

“We’ve got to start with us because this black on black gun violence, I believe you can work, uh, what bothers me a lot of the time is when we say the police brutality the first thing everybody hollers is what about Chicago, what about black on black crime? It’s reached epidemic proportion. If you take away a person’s hope they will resort to drastic measures by any means necessary to climb up. They will destroy themselves and their own communities because that’s close proximity,” the former NFL superstar said on his new show “Undisputed” with his co-host Skip Bayless during a segment about Colin Kaepernick. (RELATED: Hookstead’s Hot Take: America Stood Up For Colin Kaepernick, He Should Stand For The Flag)
