Outkick the Coverage founder and Fox Sports pundit Clay Travis believes that Stanford superstar running back Christian McCaffrey is the greatest white football player of all time.

“He is the greatest white football player, who is not playing quarterback, of all time. It’s a bold proposition to toss out there, but if you look at what Christian McCaffrey is capable of he reminds me a lot of Marshall Faulk, a lot of Reggie Bush. There has never been a white skill position player other than quarterback, not even counting the tight ends and Rob Gronkowski of the world, Christian McCaffrey is without parallels in football. He’s a junior and he’s the best white running back in the history of the game. If you put Christian McCaffrey back in the 1960s he’d be considered the greatest player of all time,” Travis said Monday morning on his radio show “Outkick the Coverage.” (SLIDESHOW: Get College Football Started Right With These Top 25 Ranked Cheerleaders)
