I recently moved into a new, bigger house. And with that came a new, bigger kitchen. I’m trying to up my cooking game, so I figured I should get a quality set of chef knives. Unfortunately, the good ones aren’t cheap, and the cheap ones aren’t good. This set me on the hunt for deals. And boy did I find a doozy.

Edge of Belgravia is a British knife company known for its cutting-edge designs as it “strives to achieve excellence in quality, form and composition.” Edge knives are the real deal. I was bodybagged then to find that some of its superb knife sets are 75 – 80 percent off. I mean, seriously, look at the prices here!

Black Diamond Knife Block on sale for $59.99

Black Diamond is a unique, angular float knife block. Christian Bird’s design is faithful to Edge of Belgravia’s avant-garde hallmark. Futuristic in conception, it should bring to mind the angles of a rough cut diamond, while its architectural quality reflects the finely angled handles of Edge of Belgravia’s signature range of knives for chefs.

Black Diamond brings together futurist design and supreme utility. Clever use of weighting secures the knives in their blocks, just as slight angling allows for easy extraction. Tightly packed, it can fit up to 11 knives but will appear a complete unit with just two. Black Diamond is intended as a piece of art for the kitchen.

Seeing such impressive knives available at these prices is a breath of fresh air. If my kitchen could talk, it would be sure to thank me, let alone Edge of Belgravia.
