Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine interrupted Republican VP challenger Mike Pence over 70 times throughout the course of Tuesday’s vice presidential debate, and people largely agree it didn’t go over well.

Pence also had a calm demeanor throughout the debate, whether or not he was speaking. Kaine appeared frustrated. An instant CNN/ORC poll showed that the majority of likely voters who watched the debate felt that Pence won the round.
Analysts already expected Kaine to play the role of attack dog, but Pence was able to successfully discuss policy to a higher degree than Republican nominee Donald Trump, according to The Wall Street Journal.
