Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have reached a property settlement and signed off on divorce papers filed Friday, TMZ reports.
The papers now await a judge’s signature, and TMZ reports that the signature will likely come in December.

Khloe initially filed for divorce in December 2013 after Lamar’s downward spiral of substance abuse. Reportedly attempting to save their marriage on and off again. On Oct. 13, 2015, Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.
When Kardashian rushed to his hospital bedside, she was told he had just hours to live. Days later he awoke from the coma after many family members, including the majority of the Kardashian clan, visited him expecting to say their goodbyes. Khloe Kardashian put the divorce on pause as to relieve stress from Odom’s life and to continue to make his medical decisions. He left the hospital three months later to begin his long road to recovery.

Khloe Kardashian is now dating Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson, while Lamar continues to struggle with drug and alcohol abuse. He recently was kicked off a Delta Airlines flight for being drunk and vomiting.
