Don’t look for WaPo columnist Dana Milbank on “Morning Joe” anytime soon.

Like many journalists who have been disgusted by “Morning Joe’s” incredible lack of self-awareness as of late, Milbank, a lefty, called Joe Scarborough and Mark Halperin out for “cheering on the rise of Trump.” Halperin also works for Bloomberg Politics. He hosts “With All Due Respect” which also airs on MSNBC.

And with all due respect, Milbank is sickened by these two.

But it’s not just about “Morning Joe” blatantly kissing Trump’s ass (after the show pretended to despise him for awhile). It’s Mika Brzezinski and her work husband Scarborough claiming they were somehow the only people on the planet to predict Donald Trump‘s success from afar.

Scarborough went on a rant the day after the final debate, saying people only “people in their newsrooms … with their soy lattes” cared that Trump played coy and insisted that he might not accept the results of the election. Ex-Obama aides Jon Favreau and CNN’s Dan Pfeiffer literally laughed at him and mocked him on their latest “Keepin’ It 1600” podcast.

Milbank writes, “Halperin and Scarborough were wrong; a Post-ABC News poll found that 65 percent disapproved of Trump’s refusal. But that’s beside the point: What Trump said was reckless and dangerous — and saying so has nothing to do with soy lattes.”

The columnist called Halperin’s views “particularly soulless.”

He ridiculed Halperin for pointing out Trump’s “politically brilliance” in bashing the Clintons.

“‘Morning Joe’ has come in for a large share of criticism for cheering on the rise of Trump,” he wrote. “And contributor Halperin’s praise for Trump’s tactical genius has been particularly soulless.”

The Mirror reached out to Halperin to find out about the status of his soul.
