Heard Any Good Polls Lately?

The pundits and pollsters are all using examples and data from past elections to compare with 2016. What else can they use?

But how useless is that data? Very. Do you think they don’t know it? What else are they going to talk about? Well, except for Trump’s quotable statements and Hillary’s leaks. Not much, right? There shouldn’t be time to show these useless polls with all the other available data.

Almost every component of the 2016 national election is unique. From the candidate’s negative ratings, voter angst, anger, and the past eight years of an administration that is reviled by the opposition and even some in the middle.

We have one candidate being exposed daily in Wikileaks for some serious transgressions while the other one has been shooting himself in both loafers repeatedly.

There are few requisites for the experts to go by in this cycle. Any polling that proves accurate after this election will be nothing more than pure luck and undeserving of professional credit.

Trump didn’t build what he has and maintained it. Despite survivable failures here and there, without a consistent level of intelligence and rational thinking kept growing and succeeding.

Take any group of adult children and leave them a multi-million dollar inheritance. How may would use those “Talents” to build something instead of eventually blowing it? Not many. That takes something special right there to build from that beginning to a multi-billion dollar empire.

Trump’s problem became that he’s been the big fish, the master of his considerable domain. People didn’t agree with him; they obeyed him. That’s what he’s used to. He powered through those things he needed to gain and over those he needed to defeat without much thought. People didn’t screw with him for the reasons we see in his candidacy.

Trump never wanted to be a politician; he just wanted to own them. For years they stood in line to be purchased.

After years of seeing the dipsticks he was giving money to and getting so frustrated with what they were doing, he stepped in. He’s had plenty power and freedom. He likely knew the downside of running for President, but he’s unafraid, politically incorrect, and seems to relish it.

Politicians say one thing in public and another in private. Of course, they are politically correct too. While tough on their opponents, they are otherwise “nice” people. Who doesn’t like nice people? That’s how good politicians present themselves.

Trump is not a “good” politician. That was a big part of his win over the snarky, polished, nice politicians in the GOP primary.

But the power structures in both parties are deeply ingrained. So much so that the leaders of both parties have one thing in common, the survival of their power. If elected, Trump could upset the power structure in American politics on both sides.

Trump’s ego and rational mind together are strong enough that he wants to leave a legacy of improvement, especially economically, which is his strong suit.

We may not like Trump’s style, but It’s easy to respect his accomplishments. If elected, he’ll likely tip over the insider’s power cart in America. You can bet that the Republican and Democratic establishments are equally fearful of him because of that.

It’s not impossible to consider that many of the Republican leaders, though not wanting Hillary, will do what they have to do to maintain their individual and collective power. Even if it means losing the presidency and the Supreme Court to keep their personal power positions? Sure. If that happens, Trump will be their ideal scapegoat.

Oh, you don’t like conspiracy theories? Look at what the DNC did to Bernie when they are supposed to be neutral to all their candidates until a winner is declared. But wait, that’s not a theory, thanks to WikiLeaks.

Trump knew what he was getting into when he entered the primaries, which is why so many respect him for what he’s done. Maybe not how’s he done it but it’s likely, with his ego, he’ll do all he can to make America better than how it was when he entered the Office.

Hillary will do all she can to enrich herself and become more powerful than when she took over. She and her husband have used all the greatness and generosity of the American way to enrich themselves. Bill has been the charming master of deceit while his wife, who never learned his subtle ways, is the all too obvious phony master creator of deception.

She’s been Justly paranoid, and because of her proclivities, she’s been exposed through WikiLeaks, but her loving mainstream media has been uncooperative and totally unprofessional in the manner and methods to report the real news of this nation fairly.

Politicians want power; patriots want a greater country. We get to choose which one we want for the future of our nation for our children and us.
