Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is holding a rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Saturday night, and pop singer Katy Perry is expected to perform at the rally before Clinton takes the stage.
The rally is slated to start at 9 PM EST at the Mann Center.
