Republican nominee Donald Trump added a section to his website devoted to reporting any issues voters experience at the polls Tuesday.

The page is titled “Election Issue Report Form,” and includes information for the reporter’s name, e-mail address, phone number, as well as more information about the individual issue.

The Trump campaign promptly reacted to early accusations of voter fraud, launching a lawsuit in the state of Nevada that alleges election officials committed voter fraud by leaving early polling places open later than posted hours. The suit has since been dismissed by the judge presiding over the case.

Trump also tweeted out an accusation that rampant voter machine fraud occurred nationwide, citing “Utah officials.”

Trump has yet to fully state that he intends to support the results of the election should the Republican Nominee lose the race.
