MTV put together a BuzzFeed list that outlines tips for men on how to act around women to promote a new show called “Sweet/Vicious.”

The list, titled “11 Fun DIY Ways Not To Sexually Harass Women,” seems to imply that most men sexually harass or prey upon women. It begins with the sentence, “If you see a pretty woman walking down the street and you feel the urge to scream gross things at her, use this handy internal mantra: ‘Don’t.'”

The list is written to promote MTV’s new show called “Sweet/Vicious,” which premiers Tuesday. The show is about two female college students who use violence against men they believe have committed sexual assault. One scene depicts a man’s face being smacked against a wall, being stomped on and having his crotch electrocuted with a taser. They also murder a man.

Yet, the vigilantes “don’t always identify the right guys,” seemingly leading them to assault innocent men.

Other lessons on the BuzzFeed list include:

“Oh look! A woman is minding her damn business on the bus, trying to get to work. Rub zero percent of your body parts on her.”

“You’ve offered to buy a woman a drink, and she accepted! Good job so far. Here’s the complicated part that a lot of DIYers get tripped up on: She owes you nothing.”
