The first shots of the robot war against mankind may have been fired at a tech show in China.

A robot named “Little Fat One” went haywire, destroyed a booth, and injured a bystander at the 18th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) in Shenzhen, China, sources revealed Friday.

“Little Fat One” normally has a happy face, but his expression in the CCTV photos show him miserable.

After being temporarily left unattended and unsupervised, “Little Fat One” turned violent, smashed a glass wall, and attacked a visitor.

The man was taken to the hospital for medical treatment after the accident.

The robot is a product of Evolver, a Beijing-based company. The Chinese robot is designed for children ages 4-12 and is sold for $1,450. The company claims that the service robot has a state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) operating system. Equipped with a variety of resources, “Little Fat One” can reportedly serve as an educational tool for children.

Parents may think twice about bringing “Little Fat One” home after the tech show incident.

“Remember this day as the first salvo in the war against humanity,” wrote one Chinese netizen.
