President-elect Donald Trump’s latest scandal is breaking, and it’s going to be a sticky one to get out of: He holds his ties together with tape.
A gracious gust of Indiana wind revealed Trump’s budget-friendly tie idea Thursday as he exited his plane for a rally on his “Thank You” tour.

Men, according to anonymous sources at The Daily Caller News Foundation, sometimes do this as an easy way to hold their ties together when they prefer them to be longer (which they shouldn’t, because that looks tacky). It’s unclear why he doesn’t use a tie clip.
Trump, whose net worth is estimated at a high of $3.7 billion by Forbes, wears Brioni suits that start at a minimum of $6,000. His penthouse on Fifth Avenue has features like a diamond-covered door and marble everywhere.
Oh, and don’t forget his $100 million Boeing 757.
Tie clips sell for as low as $6, but why use one when tape is a budget-friendly $2.00?
