The daughter of the president-elect and her husband Jared Kushner are planning a move from New York to Washington, D.C., CNN reported Monday. The couple is currently house hunting.

Ivanka and Jared have three children together — Arabella, Joseph and Theodore.

The news comes just days after a source told Politico on Thursday that Ivanka “wants to make climate change — which her father has called a hoax perpetuated by the Chinese — one of her signature issues.” (RELATED: People Are Freaking Out On Ivanka Trump Because Of This Picture She Just Posted)

“The issues she’s talking about are ones she’s always talked about,” the source told Politico.

Meanwhile, Melania Trump and her youngest son, Barron, will continue living in Trump Tower in New York until the end of the school year, Donald Trump confirmed to reporters in November.

“The Trump family is energized and excited about their new role serving the country, and specifically the President-elect’s task at hand of helping to move our country forward,” spokesman Jason Miller previously said in a statement.

“No official statement has been released by the Trump family regarding transition timing, but like any parents they are concerned about pulling their 10-year-old son out of school in the middle of the year. We would also appreciate the same privacy and security considerations given to previous First Families with regard to minor children be extended to the Trumps as well.” (PHOTOS: Ivanka Trump Spotted Out In New York)
