Eric Franklin Sr. filed a lawsuit against Republican President-elect Donald Trump last week for not ending Obamacare as promised, according to a report from The Washington Post.

Franklin’s hand-scrawled filing accuses Trump of treason, espionage, and accessory to mutiny, among the long list of alleged offenses. Fortunately, Franklin knows the proper remedy for such crimes, and requests the San Diego Superior Court order Trump to pay $1,000,000,000,000, and “hang by the neck until dead.”

The filing alleges that by failing to repeal Obamacare and  “deport illegals,” Trump violated the 5th, 9th, and 14th amendment. Trump “promised to repeal obamacare, signed by ex-president Barack Obama, which is a direct form of espionage,” the suit claims.

Franklin lists the cause of action in the suit to be a result of Trump, who “has not yet repealed Obamacare, nor deported illegals, failed to mention the fact that his wife is a born communist from Russia, and not entitled to live in the White House.”

Perhaps the most interesting part of the suit comes when Franklin demands the court “hang President Donald Trump for treason (allowing a born communist into the White House, with illegals in the states all 50 and also in our jails and prisons, hang by the neck until dead for espionage treason. All caused by uneducated illegal aliens,” the rambling screed continued.

Franklin was convicted for “criminal threats” in August, 2015, and the court-ordered counselor assigned to represent Franklin attempted to argue that Franklin was not able to stand trial due to mental defect, according to court documents obtained by The Washington Post. The motion was denied and Franklin was sentenced to 25 years to life in state prison.
