Obama’s Brother Boycotts Upcoming Star Wars Movie Over Trump Criticism

President Barack Obama’s half brother Malik Obama announced a boycott of the upcoming Star Wars movie Thursday.

The creators behind “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” have been openly anti-Donald Trump and have hammered the president-elect. They changed their Twitter avatars to represent the safety-pin protest of Trump. (SLIDESHOW: These Sexy Women Are Celebrating Donald Trump Winning The Election)

Malik is not pleased and unleashed several tweets encouraging people to boycott the film. (SLIDESHOW: Celebrate The Second Amendment With These Gorgeous Gun-Loving Women)

The highly-anticipated film is currently scheduled to be released December 16, and will likely destroy the box office.

However, it’s pretty clear that Malik has no intention of spending his money to see the latest installment in the Star Wars saga.
