Ann Coulter’s tweets in the wake of Monday’s terror attacks caused quite a stir.

On Tuesday morning, the conservative pundit pointed out that Donald Trump was the only “presidential candidate [who] called for a wall, a Muslim ban [and] deportation of illegals.”

“His own party denounced him,” she continued. “He won in a landslide.”

Coulter also tweeted links to an article linking Monday’s attack in Berlin — which left 12 dead and nearly 100 injured — to the European Union’s flawed immigration system.

“Why not have security barriers around our borders rather than around every single thing inside those borders?” she added.

Naturally, Coulter received some pushback in her mentions

Still, others took up Coulter’s defense.
