A security camera caught the moment an ISIS operative opened fire on an Istanbul nightclub on New Year’s Eve.
The shocking footage shows patrons ducking and running for cover as the terrorist opens fire with an AK-47 assault rifle. Rounds can be seen bouncing off the environment as the assailant makes his way towards what appears to be the entrance of the club. The attacker fires on one unfortunate victim several times from near point-blank range before entering the building. A total of 39 people were killed in the attack, with nearly 70 injured.

ISIS’s took credit for the attack through the Amaq News Agency, a known ISIS propaganda outlet. Turkish security personnel are currently searching for the unidentified suspect.
