I LOVE THESE KNIVES. They came perfectly sharpened. The knives cut very smoothly with little effort. Bought these for my mom. Her current ones have been sharpened so much they look like skinny boning knives! I especially like how the steel goes throughout the entire handle. The three rivets keep the blade in place so securely I know she’ll have a safe grip. Knives are so sharp & sleek!
So far, I can’t find anyone who doesn’t like these knives. And considering they can be had for just $16 right now, I think you can consider me sold.
