It’s Official: Greta Van Susteren Will Host New 6 P.M. Show On MSNBC

Greta Van Susteren has officially joined MSNBC.

After rumblings that the anchor was heading to the network just months after she left Fox News in September, MSNBC confirmed Thursday that she will host “For the Record With Greta” at 6 p.m. EST. (RELATED: Tucker Carlson To Replace Megyn Kelly In 9 P.M. Fox News Slot)

“Greta is a true pro with a proven record of tough journalism,” Phil Griffin, the president of MSNBC, said in a statement. “Her broad range of experience and sharp news judgment will be of great value to MSNBC as we build on our momentum going into a new year and a new administration.”
