Donald Trump signed executive orders on Tuesday advancing the construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access oil pipelines.
A White House press corps cameraman captured footage of the signing from inside the Oval Office.
WATCH:
Trump noted that both orders are “subject to a renegotiation of terms by us.”
“We are going to renegotiate some of the terms and if they’d like,” the president told reporters in the room. “We’ll see if we can get [the pipelines] built.”
