“The View” host Joy Behar claimed President Donald Trump has been talking about terrorism “almost like he wants” terrorism to happen.

The White House on Monday released a list of 78 terrorist attacks that it said were under-reported by the media.

“Why do you think he keeps stirring up about terrorism all the …?” Behar asked the panel Tuesday. “He keeps stirring it up, like he’s almost like he wants it.” (RELATED: Joy Behar Compares Trump To A ‘Dictator’)

“Because if you keep saying ‘we’re going to have a terrorist attack, we’re going to have a terrorist attack,’ is that because he wants to put like some kind of clamps on civil liberties and have martial law in this country, so that he can run the dictatorship that he and Bannon want to run,” Behar said. “What is that about?” (RELATED: Joy Behar Unhinged: Trump Must Step Down Before Inauguration [VIDEO])

Host Sunny Hostin suggested that Trump is just trying to make the country “fearful” so it will allow his “Muslim ban.”

“It’s fear-based,” Hostin said. “He’s trying to make the American public so fearful that are going to approve and support this unconstitutional Muslim ban. That’s what this is all about.”

Whoopi Goldberg said Trump was “wrong” about the media’s terrorist attack coverage.

“Even though Steve Bannon is running everything, you can say what you want about the media,” Goldberg said. “You can continue say all those things, but it doesn’t change the fact that you’re wrong. You’re wrong, my friend. You’re wrong.”

“As a TV personality he knows that ratings drive the networks,” Behar responded. “And when there’s a terrorist attack anywhere that is a big news story. He knows that everything’s about ratings and they (media) aren’t going to avoid that. So, this is such a blatant lie that even people who voted for him I think could see it.”
