President Donald Trump’s real estate empire is doing quite well, according to his son Eric Trump.

The president put his business, the Trump Organization, in the hands of his sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, along with longtime trusted employees of the organization. Eric says the business is better than ever, and that the transition has been incredibly smooth.

Sounding eerily like his father, Eric told The New York Post, “We have an amazing team. We have amazing people. We function incredibly well and we know what everybody does. There is no second-guessing who is responsible for what.”

Part of the secret to the Trump Organizations success is that they operate “as a family unit and we have incredible loyalty,” Eric said.

Over the course of his nearly twelve years with the business, Eric says the company has experienced some incredible growth. For instance, the Trump Organization touted just three golf courses when Eric started, and now they own 18.

Speaking about the 14 hotels and various resorts the organization owns, Eric says he splits the management responsibilities of the properties with his brother, Donald Jr. “I built half of them. Don’s built half of them. We run them, we are at them all the time,” Eric said.

Eric noted that the Trump Organization will be following the president’s call to keep jobs in the U.S. After Trump started taking aim at multinational organizations for moving operations abroad, Eric says that he and his brother “were the first people to raise our hands and say, you know what, let’s not build anything [else] overseas.”

The Trumps stated that they would carry out any international obligations currently agreed upon, but would not sign any new international deals.
