The Daily Dealer serves multiple purposes. One is to identify products that we think our Daily Caller readers will like. The other is to identify deals. The ultimate goal is to share products that are both high in quality and (even if temporarily) low in price.
Here is such an item for you. Recently, I got the pleasure of reviewing the ZEALOT B21 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. Put it simply – I was impressed. I would happily recommend this to our readers regardless of the price (and I will, below, in this article). That said, it just so happens that it this pair of headphones is currently half off. UPDATE: We love this product so much, we got our readers an exclusive discount. You can get an additional 40 percent off with the code SZBSN4QM. Yes, that’s a total of 70 percent off!
The first thing I noticed when I unboxed the ZEALOT B21s was how big they were. Some reviewers online gave these negative reviews for this reason. I really cannot see why. As soon as I put these on, I noticed how perfect they covered my ears. They are the perfect shape and size for the sound they emit. ZEALOT promises sound quality that is “deep, crisp, powerful sound with a stunning bass impact.” I can confirm: They live up to their promise.
Also, while these headphones may be large, they are actually quite portable. Weighing only 10 ounces, they fold nicely and come with a big, velvet go-anywhere bag.
The most incredible feature with these over-the-ear headphones is by far the controls. You can turn the volume up and down, and you can control the music forward/backward, (and you can pause), just by swiping/touching the right earphone. When I first heard this, I was skeptical. This seemed like too good to be true. After all, there’s no actual controls on the right earphone; the surface is just flat. But, believe it or not, the controls work as advertised. An up-swipe will turn the volume up. A forward-swipe will skip to the next song. A tap will pause. I find the technology to be quite incredible.
Everything about the ZEALOT B21s checks out. Is it large? Sure. But is the sound great? Yes. Does it feature an inline mic for smartphone calls? Yes. Does the bluetooth connection hold for up to 33 feet? Also, yes.
All in all, I’m in on the B21s. And that’s without the discount. At $30(!!!), there’s no doubt.
