A short, edited video of President Trump rearranging items on a White House table began making its way around Twitter Thursday evening, prompting a substantial number of users to wildly hypothesize the president suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

The video contains footage from C-SPAN, CNN and various other networks and is captioned, “This is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.”
Despite making no mention of the disease, users were quick to label it as definitive proof of an affliction.
