Charlie Gasparino stated on Fox Business Wednesday afternoon that chief White House strategist Steve Bannon is willing to take a “smaller role” in order to remain within the Trump administration.

“Here’s what we know from people close to Bannon,” he explained. “He’s willing to play the long game as of now he’s not trying to leave he’s committed to staying at the job and work things out.
Gasparino claimed that Bannon, despite losing sway with the president, will “continue to push his nationalist agenda.”
“I believe that if he has no seat at the table, if it looks completely untenable, Steve Bannon will leave,” he added.
