Donald Trump answered a Wednesday question about the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court blocking a portion of his sanctuary city executive order with seven words and a shrug of his shoulders.

Near the end of a photo op at the Department of the Interior, a reporter asked the president if he’s “surprised” by the court’s ruling.
“I’m never surprised by the Ninth Circuit,” POTUS bluntly stated, drawing laughs from the room.
“We’ll see them at the Supreme Court.”
