Kelly Jones, the ultra right talking head’s ex-wife, was awarded joint custody and the right to decide primary habitation arrangements for their 9, 12 and 14 year old children.

The children had previously lived with Jones at his Texas home, which also doubles as his InfoWars studio.

The bizarre case questioned the legitimacy of Jones’ on-air persona, and he reportedly stared down Judge Naranjo while receiving the verdict Thursday evening. (RELATED: It Turns Out Alex Jones Is Just Pretending)

Following the ruling, Kelly Jones told reporters she is “grateful to God that he has kept me and my family strong through this.”

“I just pray that from what’s happened with my family people can really understand what parental alienation syndrome is and get an awareness of it and we can stop this from happening in the future.”
