Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the leader of the largest drug trafficking organization in the world and current prisoner at the Metropolitan Correctional Facility, has asked for a booster seat to better speak with his lawyers, the New York Daily News reports.

Guzman’s nickname roughly translates to shorty, and that he is. The drug kingpin stands at just over 5’6″ and according to court documents “must stand through the entire visit in order to see each other because the booth’s window is too high.”

The request comes after long negotiations and complaints from Guzman’s lawyers who have argued that solitary confinement is taking a toll on their client’s mental and physical health.

Brooklyn’s federal prosecutors have been fighting hard against proposed rule changes for Guzman but it appears this one request will be granted. The Bureau of Prisons is working to obtain “an elevated chair” for Guzman.

Guzman’s lawyers have argued that their client has the worst living conditions in America, being kept indoors 24/7 without any visits from family.
