A new website promises to help send your cremated remains to your U.S. representative in the unfortunate event you die because of the Republican’s new health law.

Zoey Jordan Salsbury, a junior at American University, created MailMeToTheGOP.com, a website that plans to help send the ashes of people affected by the American Health Care Act, the health care bill the House of Representatives passed Thursday, to Republican members of Congress.

“Millions of Americans rely on protections and coverage from the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare,” the website states. “The Republicans [sic] new bill will gut these protections and many will die. They deserve to know it. Fill out our form and we’ll help you get papers in order to send your ashes to a GOP member of Congress if you pass.”

Democrats have argued for weeks that should AHCA become law, countless people will die because they will either be kicked off insurance for having a pre-existing condition or be unable to afford premiums.

Republicans insist that no one with pre-existing conditions will be unable to find insurance under the current bill, but the House version of the bill will likely not become law. Several key Senators have said they will rewrite the legislation using the House bill as a guideline, the Washington Examiner reports.

Sending your ashes to Congress is a real form of protest, according to the site’s founder. “Yes, it is real,” Salsbury told The Huffington Post.

“It’s really morbid and not fun to talk about,” Salsbury said “But that’s the reality of passing a health care bill like this.”

Salsbury did not respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

The Postal Service has a procedure for mailing cremated remains, though its unclear whether the U.S. Capitol Police have a policy against accepting packages containing human ashes.
