Metropolitan police in London responded to a third incident in the Vauxhall area.

Following reports of a van mowing down pedestrians on the London Bridge and stabbings in the Borough Market, authorities are now addressing yet another incident in the nearby Vauxhall neighborhood. Multiple fatalities have been reported from the earlier incidents.

The incident in Vauxhall is a stabbing, but authorities believe this incident is unrelated to the attacks at London Bridge and the Borough Market.

With regard to the other attacks, at least three potentially-armed suspects are believed to be at large, according to Reuters.

While authorities have yet to officially link the attacks to terrorism, the incidents are being treated as a “potential act of terrorism,” according to U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May. The latest incidents follow a tragic bombing in Manchester last month that killed over 20 people.
