Karreuche Tran doesn’t have to worry about Chris Brown bothering her for a while.

A judge granted Tran a five-year restratining order against the singer on Thursday after the actress and model took the stand, detailing the abuse she experienced at the hands of her ex.

When Tran broke up with Brown almost three years ago, she explained, he demanded that she return the diamond rings he bought for her while they were dating — when she refused he became aggressive, TMZ reports.

The 29-year-old model and actress claimed that Brown began sending texts messages to her in which he threatened to make her life a living hell and threatened to “beat the s**t” out of her.

Tran was present for the hearing, but Brown did not attend and the judge did not allow him to call in either, according to the report by TMZ.

The hearing comes moths after Tran claimed that Brown was still harassing her back in February and allegedly threatened to kill her. Tran also claimed that Brown once allegedly punched her in the stomach and pushed her down the stairs.

Brown has a history of abusing women. Luckily Tran won’t have to worry about him for quite a while now.
