A Georgia couple brutally assaulted a restaurant owner and her daughter after they were allegedly given cold food, new surveillance footage shows.

Nathaniel Eric and Latasha Smith told Quik Chick takeout owner Jeannette Norris that their chicken was too cold and they didn’t get enough fries, reports the New York Post.

Norris re-checked their order and refunded the money to the couple only to have Smith and Eric lose their tempers with her.

“She went berserk,” Norris told the station. “They both lost it, him and her both; started cussing and beating on the window.”

Video shows Eric yelling at Norris and Smith coming up to punch her repeatedly in the face. The couple eventually walks away, but not before Eric punches Norris’ 15 year-old daughter in the face.

WATCH:

“One of my employees yelled, ‘He’s got her,’ and that’s when I realized he had hit her,” Norris said. “Who does that? Who punches a child like she’s a grown man standing there? He needs putting in the jail.”

The police chief of the Baxley Police department was shocked over the incident, saying he had never seen something like it during his time as a police officer.

“I’ve been here, what, 41 years – 30 of them as chief. I have never seen anything like this. I’ve never heard of anything like this,” said Chief James Godfrey. Norris got a broken nose from the altercation and her daughter received a concussion.

Police are currently searching for Smith and Eric. Both have warrants out for aggravated battery and cruelty to children.
