U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin met for the first time Friday with a brief exchange at the G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s cabinet managed to capture their first-ever handshake. Putin seemingly had no problem hanging onto Trump’s notoriously aggressive handshake. Trump followed it up with a casual slap on the back.
