UFC superstar Conor McGregor seemed extremely delighted with the fact that his soon-to-be opponent Floyd Mayweather is in trouble with the IRS.

The legendary boxer is in deep with the IRS for his unpaid taxes, and has asked the IRS for a reprieve so he can pay his back taxes following his fight with McGregor. He will also have to reportedly pay an extra 7.5 percent penalty for not paying on time. (RELATED: Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather Doesn’t Have Enough Cash To Pay His Taxes)

The Irish-born UFC fighter couldn’t have seemed happier with the situation.

“He shoulda paid his taxes and stayed retired and kept my name out of his mouth! He’s fucked now.” McGregor told TMZ Sports late Monday when asked about the fact Mayweather might have only taken the fight so he could pay off his taxes.
