Former Miami Dolphins cheerleader Lynn Aronberg, who is a passionate Trump supporter, just called it quits with her Democratic husband over politics.

According to a press release obtained by People, Aronberg is divorcing her husband, Dave Aronberg, because she “felt increasingly isolated in the marriage” because she’s a “staunch Republican and supporter of President Donald Trump.”

The former Dolphins cheerleader now works for a public relations firm. Her ex-husband is a Palm Beach County State Attorney, who served in the Florida Senate and is considering a run for U.S. Congress, People reports.

When Lynn Aronberg filed for divorce in February it was, in part, due to her husband’s supporters questioning her Republican ties. “[He] has been getting calls from supporters, like union people or far left types. One actually told him to ‘keep your woman in line,'” she revealed to a local gossip blog.

“So what, if I like Ivanka Trump or a conservative issue on social media?” Lynn said.

“So what if I invite Melania to be in my book group?,” she continued. “I’m my own person. I’ve got a successful business. I’ve got my own opinion. I’m a lifelong Republican.”

The Aronbergs announced their divorce in a joint statement published in the Palm Beach Post on Friday.

“After much consideration over the past few months, we’ve decided to respectfully and amicably part ways and end our marriage,” the statement read. “We are, however, dedicated to remaining close friends. We kindly ask for your support in preserving our privacy as we start to navigate this new chapter in our lives.”
