President Donald Trump insulted the Democratic Party for having the “worst trade deals in history” Monday morning as he moves to sign an executive memo on America’s trade relations with China.

Trump blamed Democrats for bad trade deals as he promised Americans that he would fix the problem quickly.

“The Obstructionist Democrats have given us (or not fixed) some of the worst trade deals in World History. I am changing that fast!” Trump tweeted.

Trump, coming back from a working vacation, plans to sign an executive memo that asks the United States Trade Representative to possibly look at whether the American intellectual property at defense companies is being stolen by China. According to American officials, American intellectual property is usually stolen when the Chinese government pressures U.S. businesses to work with Chinese companies.

American businesses are then forced to share their trade secrets, which paves the way for the theft of their intellectual property.
