Supermodel Kate Upton paid the United States Marine Corps a visit for a workout session Tuesday.
The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model’s workout with Marine Corps fitness instructors came to promo Marine Week celebration in Detroit, according to the Marine Corps Times.
The blonde superstar, who is engaged to Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander, busted out some yoga pants and a green T-shirt for a workout, which Upton described as “very hard.”

“It was (a) very hard workout. I knew it was going to be hard. The Marines are very tough,” Upton told the media following the workout session.
Verlander also added, “I think it’s easy to show your support with words. I think going out there and doing that workout I think really shows how much she supports (the military).”
This is what separates us from all the other nations. Our military is the greatest in the history. We’ve got the best tanks, planes, warships and we’ve got the best models. I wonder if other nations look at us, and ask themselves if all of our winning ever gets old? I hope they do.
I like our chances against anybody when the forces of the United States Marine Corps and Upton come together. God, bless this incredible country.
