Due to the fact that it holds 6ml of liquid, it is taller than most tanks. The drip tip is a 510 style tip. The reviewer would have liked to see an 810 style, which of course is just a larger tip than the 510. As far as the airflow control, he observes that it is easier to adjust it when the top cap is off, rather than twisting it while it is attached to the tank.
