The odds for the first SEC coach to be fired were released, and somehow Bret Bielema is expected to be spared.

Bielema is currently slated at +1600 to be fired first, and there are seven coaches ahead of him.

Is this a joke? I mean, there is no chance there are seven coaches who deserve to be fired before Bielema. How am I the only one with my eyes open on this situation?

The guy is 10-22 in conference play over the course of his tenure at Arkansas. I would have fired him a year ago, but I guess the Arkansas athletic director is the most merciful person on the planet. Are Razorbacks fans so desperate to win just six games a season that they’ll keep around Bielema?

This guy is just such an enigma to me. He goes out over the course of four years, gets stomped on repeatedly and somehow has an incredibly secure job. What a wild time to be alive.
