The Dave Matthews Band is planning a concert later this month that will benefit all those affected in August’s violent protests in Charlottesville, Va.

Dozens of people were injured during the weekend riots. One woman, Heather Heyer, was killed when a car rammed the crowd on August 12.

The Dave Matthews Band holds Charlottesville particularly close to its heart, as they were founded there in 1991.

The concert will be called “A Concert For Charlottesville” and will feature several household names, including Dave Matthews Band, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, and Ariana Grande.

Grande hosted the One Love Manchester concert earlier this summer to benefit the victims of the Manchester bombing in May, where a suicide bomber killed 22 people attending her concert. She raised close to $10 million.

Since the August 12 riots, Heather Heyer’s mom has set up a scholarship foundation in her daughter’s name. The organization is intended to give financial aid to students working to combat hate and violence at universities and other public areas.

“A Concert For Charlottesville” will have free admission but will accept donations to benefit the victims, families, and first responders involved in the Charlottesville riots.
