And now for a recap of the week in Scarfoyle news.

On Sunday night former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci and Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle were spotted on a rooftop in Rome partying with the likes of Sharon Stone, Steven Tyler, Reba McIntyre and Bo Derek. They were both visions in white as were all the guests at the all-white clothing party. They sat together. They were photographed, ahem, together in a picture that — oops — wound up in Getty Images.

By Tuesday night they had apparently learned their lesson.

Once again, they were out partying … together. According to NYP‘s Page Six, Scarfoyle were “lurking in a back corner” of an Us Weekly Most Stylish party at the Jane Ballroom in Manhattan. This time, however, the couple who has tried to strongly deny they are a couple, refused to be photographed together.

Since when do two pals insist on not being photographed together?

Scarfoyle did not return multiple requests for comment.

Back in July, Scaramucci said he had no romantic interest in Guilfoyle. Of course I couldn’t see him at the time, so I don’t know if his fingers were crossed behind his back.

“Not true,” Scaramucci told me by email when I asked if he has feelings for Guilfoyle. “We are good friends.”

In early August, People cited “a source familiar with situation” saying that Scarfoyle are not a couple after they were seen shopping for apartments together on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

The “source” told People that appearances were deceiving. They share the same real estate agent — that’s all. The “source” says there’s nothing going on between them.

And yet … they party together in Rome.

And they party together in New York.

Could Guilfoyle have really relegated Scaramucci to the friend zone? (Eye roll. No. But we’ll have to play this one out until they’re spotted in a lip lock.)

In other news about The Mooch, Page Six came out with a bombshell report Wednesday night that Scaramucci has doubts about whether the newborn son his estranged wife Deirdre Ball gave birth to in late July is his.

He wants a paternity test.

In the meantime, while the divorce and paternity test are pending: NO PICTURES WITH GUILFOYLE.

Got it.
