Hall, best known for his role in “The Breakfast Club,” also starred in “Sixteen Candles” and “Weird Science.” He was also a part of the group of 1980s Hollywood stars known as the “Brat Pack.”

The actor’s sentencing comes about a year after Hall got in an argument with his neighbor at his condominium complex in Playa del Rey in Los Angeles, California. The former Brat Pack star allegedly shoved the neighbor to the ground, which resulted in a broken wrist and a back injury for the plaintiff.

Hall was originally charged with felony level assault on November 17, 2016. The charge was later reduced to a misdemeanor.
