Secret Service officers arrested a man near the White House after catching him publicly urinating Sunday morning, then reportedly found multiple weapons in his car, including guns, knives and brass knuckles.

The man was caught urinating near 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, just around the corner from the White House. Secret Service officers then reportedly discovered nine guns, three knives, brass knuckles, suppressors and ammunition in the man’s car, according to CNN.

The officers first approached the man outside the Renwick Art Gallery, directly adjacent to the White House. The unidentified man reportedly told officers that he was headed to the White House to speak with National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers and U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis “for advice on missing paychecks and how to get the chip out of my head,” according to an incident report obtained by CNN.

The man admitted to having multiple weapons in his car and gave law enforcement permission to search his vehicle, where they found the weapons. The suspect has been charged with several weapons violations, and was transported to a D.C. police station.
