President Trump discussed plans for a tax cut on Wednesday, promising to introduce the largest of its kind in the history of the United States.

“Here’s what I’m saying. We’re going right now to Indiana. We’re going to introduce a tax plan that’s the largest tax cut essentially in the history of our country.”
“It’s going to be something special. You already know some of the numbers. We’re going to give you some of the additional numbers,” the president said.
Trump also addressed the failed Obamacare repeal, stating, “But on healthcare–we have the votes. We can’t do it now because we have somebody in the hospital. We have great respect for that gentleman, by the way. He’s a fantastic man.”
Its unclear if President Trump will be able to deliver. An Obamacare repeal bill introduced by Sens. Lindsey Graham and Bill Cassidy could not garner the votes needed in the Senate this week.
Details from Trump’s proposed tax plan have emerged. The plan will include a large reduction in the corporate tax rate, and a restructuring of the tax brackets.
