Lane Kiffin’s troll game is back to be as strong as ever when it comes to his former boss Nick Saban.

Saban recently tore into the media for their overly positive coverage of the Alabama Crimson Tide, and the effect it’s having on his players.

“I’m trying to get our players to listen to me instead of you guys. All that stuff you write about how good we are? All that stuff they hear on ESPN? It’s like poison. Like rat poison,” Saban said after his team’s win against Texas A&M.

Of course Kiffin couldn’t let that comment go by without sticking his hand in the pot. The former Crimson Tide offensive coordinator and current Florida Atlantic University head coach tweeted out a photo showing FAU has the best shot at winning Conference USA.

He captioned the photo, “Please stop media!! This is rat poison to our players!! #process #top10rushingoffensesinthecountry #bama #thefaU.”

Lane Kiffin is a very solid coach when it comes to the Xs and Os of football, especially on offense. However, his coaching skills don’t come close to his ability to troll Saban.

I was worried Kiffin’s production has a content producing machine might die down once he went to FAU, and was out of the spotlight. I’ve never been happier to be wrong in my life.
