What’s Scott Disick doing headlining for a candy shop at Pentagon City Mall?

Has the Kardashian reality franchise party dude finally hit bottom?

Perhaps. But the bro-king may just be seeking a sugar high.

If you really want to see Kourtney Kardashian‘s baby daddy in the flesh, on Thursday night he’ll host TV  Sugar Factory American Brasserie’s grand ppening at Pentagon City Mall. The candy-themed soirée will take place from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. By the way, Disick, 34, is no longer with Kourtney — he’s reportedly dating Sofia Richie, the 19-year-old daughter of Lionel Richie

Richie isn’t pleased that his daughter is dating Disick. “I’m scared to death, are you kidding me?” Richie recently told US Weekly when asked about the couple.

An unscientific office poll reveals that my male coworkers have no earthly idea who Disick is, but many assume he’s “a huge douche.” The women, on the other hand, dig him. One called him a “legend.” Another said, “I actually like the dude.” Compare that to a male coworker who said, “If he died tomorrow, I wouldn’t notice or care.” Defying the majority female perception, a woman in the office remarked, “uncultured swine.”

Dinner reservations — ahem, who eats dinner at the Sugar Factory? — are available.

So you can eat things like the $99 King Kong Sundae or the more reasonable $14 Sugar Factory Burger (think grass fed Angus beef on a toasted brioche bun with crispy onions and some other crap) and wash it all down with premium obscenely sweet cocktails like the Lollipop Passion.

If you don’t know what the King Kong Sundae is, you’re in for a real treat (pun intended) or else a trip to the ER. The dessert feeds up to 12 people and consists of 24 scoops of ice cream, two cupcakes, sprinkles, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, strawberry sauce, marshmallows, Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chip cookies, crushed waffle cones, gummy bears, white chocolate strawberry shavings, sliced bananas, toasted walnuts and whipped cream, and then they top it off with giant swirly pops.

(I’m a little sick just reading the above.)

I asked a publicist with Moki Media if Disick is on or off the wagon these days. “I can’t answer that on his behalf, but I can chat with his team and get back to you,” she replied.

Reporters looking to catch Disick at a Washington area airport may have a tough time.

“Lord Disick flies private,” said Mark Wilkins, a noted Washington paparazzo.
