Former NFL player Kroy Biermann has some very simple advice for Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.

“Don’t do dumb sh*t,” Biermann responded when asked by TMZ Sports what advice he had for the troubled Cowboys running back.

WATCH:

So short, so simple and yet so impactful. It turns out life is a lot easier and better when you don’t do dumb things after dumb things. It’s common sense 101.

Elliott was accused of the NFL of beating a woman, which he denies. His troubles hardly stopped there. The Ohio State Buckeyes product also pulled a woman’s top down during a parade, and he also allegedly punched a man during an altercation at a bar.

You can’t be running around causing this much trouble when you’re the face of the Dallas Cowboys. It simply won’t be tolerated by Jerry Jones or NFL front office. Elliott needs to take some serious time to chill out, and maybe a suspension will get the job done.*

*I would be very grateful if the suspension is pushed off until next season because I’m riding and dying with Elliott in fantasy this year. He can learn his lesson after I’m done winning with him.
