Howard Stern shared audio on his show Monday of a 2014 interview with Harvey Weinstein, and it’s chilling in retrospect.

Stern essentially asks if Weinstein or other men in Hollywood used their positions of power to extort sex from actresses looking to get famous.

Weinstein denied the implications and said, “It doesn’t work that way….it doesn’t happen that way anymore.”

The famous radio host immediately said, “I knew he was lying,” once the old audio clip was finished playing.

Well, that doesn’t look too hot in hindsight. It makes you wonder whether or not Weinstein was convinced he would always get away with the horrible things he allegedly did.

You have to be incredibly arrogant to go on Howard Stern’s show, say the things he said and not expect it to come back and haunt you.

It seems like Weinstein will be an interesting case study for decades to come because it now appears so many people knew about his actions. Yet, nobody really blew the whistle until a few days ago when it all came crashing down.

You know the easiest way to not lose a movie empire? Don’t allegedly sexually harass and rape women.
